• Bacalao (Salt Cod) – 2 x 8–11 oz – These double-thick fillets are pre-portioned, desalted, and ready to cook. 
• Monkfish – 2 x 10–17 oz – Meaty bone-in white fish ideal for roasting and stewing. European monkfish (Lophius piscatorius) is the most sought-after subspecies.
