Shipping policy

  • We currently ship domestically within the United States.
  • In order to ensure that your order stays frozen, we currently ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Cut-off time is 6PM EST, the day before (Sunday for Monday shipments, Tuesday for Wednesday shipments).
  • We ship from our warehouse in NJ and shipping charges will vary based on your location.
  • Please note: Orders can take anywhere from 1–3 days to arrive once shipped on Tuesday.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation and order number. If you do not receive an email with your order details, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, please email hola@eatcampogrande.com
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been fulfilled.
