This cut really is a well kept ‘secret’! It was very easy to prepare. I followed the recipe for the chimichurri sauce and little potatoes. Absolutely delicious! The small cut of about 340 g was enough for 3 because of its utter richness of taste.

How does it stay frozen?
We ship with dry ice sized to fully sublimate by the time your order arrives, that's by design. Your product stays frozen through the insulated packaging even after the ice is gone. If it ever arrives thawed, reach out and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship domestically within the United States. All orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure maximum freshness and avoid transit delays. The cut-off time for fulfillment is 6PM EST, the day before shipping (Sunday for Monday shipments, Tuesday for Wednesday shipments). Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days. Shipping time and cost will vary based on your location but typical delivery from time of shipping is 1-3 business days. We currently offer Ground, 2 Day Express, and Next Day Air shipping options at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide, with the exception of Alaska. If you're in the lower 48 (plus Hawaii), you're good to go.
