  • Damage, Issues and Refund

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You might be requested to send verification or proof of the issue immediately in order to provide any sort of compensation. 



    We will notify you once we’ve received your documentation of defective materials, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Full or partial refund amounts will be determined by our investigation. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it can take up 10 business days for a refund to reflect within your bank account.

    To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please reach out to us within 15 days of order delivery.
