To ensure maximum freshness and avoid transit delays, we ship weekly on Tuesdays.
We provide an estimated delivery date once you place an order. Exact shipping times vary based on your location. For most regions, boxes will arrive in 2 days or less.
We ship every box with enough dry ice to make sure everything arrives completely frozen. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. No signature is required for delivery.

Yes! Our limited-release Vaca Vieja beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. All that beta-carotene in the cows’ diet is what gives our steaks their signature deep yellow marbling.
All Campo Grande seafood is sourced from wild and semi-wild fisheries including Spain’s Doñana National Park. Zero trawling or FADs used in capture ensures that our fish and shellfish are 100% bycatch-free.
Yes!!! Ibérico is a rustic ancient European breed that originated in the wild oak groves of southern Spain. Unlike other heritage breeds, Ibérico is exceptional at storing healthy unsaturated fat in its muscles, which makes the meat so marbled some call it the “Wagyu” of pork.

All of our products are shipped fully frozen and packed in a recyclable insulated box with dry ice to ensure it remains frozen during transit. Cuts are individually vacuum sealed to lock in freshness and ensure a long shelf life in your freezer. All of our meat is USDA-inspected; fish is FDA-inspected.
Anything outside 1-day Ground will be upgraded to Fedex Express 2-day and will be calculated based on local driver distance, shipping zone and other factors. Please proceed to check out to see your exact shipping cost based on your shipping address.
Our packaging is 100% recyclable and compostable. You can recycle all the cardboard and plastic, and then simply throw the insulating foam in your garden, use it as fire-starter, or dissolve it in water and watch your waste literally disappear.
No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package, and it will stay frozen for a few hours after arrival. Unpack it and put it away in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible. We’ll send you an alert when your order arrives.
Yes, we send delivery status updates during the shipping journey. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation and order number. The red zone indicates 1-Day Ground shipping from our NJ warehouse. This qualifies for Free Shipping. To calculate shipping cost outside of the Red Zone, please initiate check-out and your shipping cost will populate automatically based on your address.
