Made with Campo Grande Coppa (Collar) and smoked to perfection, this melt-in-your-mouth pastrami delivers the umami punch of Ibérico you know and love. Cut from the well-marbled collar near the neck and upper shoulder, it’s rich, savory, and fully cooked.

Great Pastrami

The best pastrami my husband and I have ever had. I got two of the large ones. One of them provided us with two meals. Delicious! The second which was supposed to be a large is much smaller and we will only get one meal out of it. So no matter how good it is we won’t be buying any more of the pastrami. For the $49.00 dollars for each of the pastrami we feel we”ll get other cuts that will be a better way to spend our money.But the pastrami is juicy and moist and full of flavor. Also, so tender. We’re sorry we can’t get anymore. If you can afford it , go for it!
