Amazing!

This was a huge cut of meat, but I smoked the whole thing and froze the leftovers. Made the best pulled pork we’ve ever had.

We love the meat. It is delicious. We made dumplings with this meat. the dumplings were so good.

Awesome product!

Trimmed slightly and gave a good basic rub for pulled pork. 18 hr smoke and end result was the most tender juicy pulled pork ever along with an amazing flavor unlike any other. Hearty, nutty, clean. Looking forward to try more cuts.

It was 16 lbs enormous we did it in a wood burning stove we overcooked a little but it was amazing

Delicious

Smoked one on my Kamado low and slow for around 8 hours with some a BBQ rub. Some of the rich fat cap melted into the meat yielding the best pulled pork I've made to date. Would definitely order again.
