Delicious roast

The meat was fantastic and the information on how to prepare it was helpful. The cooking time for our roast was about 40 minutes shorter (at 350) than what was expected from the directions, but since we were using a meat thermometer it was not a problem.

Nice flavor

This is a very flavorful cut. I'd suggest a long, slow cook to bring out the tenderness. Simply cooking at 350 for 3 hours (plus or minus) may not be enough.
