Mind Blowing

I have tried nearly every form of "ultra premium" beef, but this stood out as a singular experience to me. This steak eats like a usda prime steak x 1000 - kind of like a American/Australian wagyu crossbreed but with a richness to it that was much more intense. The flavor was so deep and rich, it tasted like it was drowned in butter even though no additional fat was used when searing (used a charcoal grill). This was the single most expensive piece of meat Ive ever bought but it was absolutely worth it and I'll be thinking about this steak for a while haha.
