Customer service is amazing in this company. Very fast reply.
Steak was good. Very gamey and nice texture. I’d like to see other cuts of beef like strip steak or loin. Was glad I tried it.

We absolutely loved it. Bud I did not cook it as a roast. I cut it down into steaks and I got about 7 of them .
And straight to the grill over charcoal , it was super tender , it had a deep flavor just like my hometown Uruguay …. I will buy it again and compare it side-by-side with Wagyu ribeye
