Fully cooked and made using a classic Basque recipe with smoky paprika, Campo Grande’s Smoked Chistorra Sausage is made with heirloom Ibérico pork and our special blend of smoky paprika, garlic, and aromatic spices. Consider it a gourmet Basque hotdog.

Ingredients: Free Range  Ibérico Pork, Water, Oak Smoked “Pimenton” Paprika from Spain, Salt,  1.5% or Less of Seasoning (Dried Vinegar, Cultured Onion Powder, Lemon Juice Powder, Celery Juice Powder), Garlic, Oregano. Encased in sheep casing.
