1 . GENETICS

Ibérico Pork comes from the distinctive Black Iberian Pig – also known as “Pata Negra”. It’s actually the same pork whose hind legs retail for up to $4,500 in the form of Spain’s world famous “Jamón Ibérico”. This rare breed from Spain is bred to contain a higher fat content than many other pigs, giving the meat a distinctive marbling similar to Kobe and Wagyu beef.

2 . LIFESTYLE

For true Ibérico perfection, the pigs have to be raised in the right environment and live a happy life. In fact, Ibérico pigs live twice as long as their counterparts. The pigs roam free and eat the local all-natural cuisine. They feed for at least two seasons to help garner that truly distinct flavor.

3 . DIET

Campo Grande’s Ibérico pigs are fed a diet of nuts and whole grains, which makes for multilayered flavor and incredible marbling.

Best bacon EVER!

I ended up cooking the wole pack since I didn't want to refreeze and I put some in the fridge for "later" but I literally could not stop snacking on it all day! So delicious!! I had to buy more immediately!

Coppa Bacon

This is the first product that we tried out of our order from Campo Grande. We are very pleased with the taste. I used our deli meat slicer to slice a few pieces and fried them like I would regular bacon. They were a delicious addition to our breakfast.

I’ve tried a lot of premium bacons from small craft makers, and this is hands down the best to date…. Ridiculously delicious - it's so decadent that you should be prepared to potentially experience guilt while eating it. This will be a staple in all of our future orders, no question. Thin slices cooked crispy made the best smoked turkey club I have ever eaten. The flavor is HUGE, it doesn’t take much to significantly elevate the creations you use it in. Enjoy!

First bite....

We found with our first taste of the bacon that it was different from the grocery bought.....meaty, not smelly, not sweet nor salty, tender, no biting taste like of nitrite. It was really of good quality! Definitely will be coming back to buy more.

dont waste time on other Bacons

my family goes through two of these at breakfast. Its pan fried in a blackiron skillet and is a bacon crossed with ham. Very lean and irrasistable.
