1 . GENETICS

Ibérico Pork comes from the distinctive Black Iberian Pig – also known as “Pata Negra”. It’s actually the same pork whose hind legs retail for up to $4,500 in the form of Spain’s world famous “Jamón Ibérico”. This rare breed from Spain is bred to contain a higher fat content than many other pigs, giving the meat a distinctive marbling similar to Kobe and Wagyu beef.

2 . LIFESTYLE

For true Ibérico perfection, the pigs have to be raised in the right environment and live a happy life. In fact, Ibérico pigs live twice as long as their counterparts. The pigs roam free and eat the local all-natural cuisine. They feed for at least two seasons to help garner that truly distinct flavor.

3 . DIET

Campo Grande’s Ibérico pigs are fed a diet of nuts and whole grains, which makes for multilayered flavor and incredible marbling.

Wonderful taste sensation.

This is so different from any other pork you get in the USA. I love it. It’s rich and juicy and for me the right amount of fat. I have used it in stir fry and Also grilled it. It just yummy. I won’t buy any other pork now, I have been spoiled.

Iberico will ruin enjoying other types of pork.... but thats a good thing!

Best kept secret

This cut is superb on the grill with nothing more than salt. Added a mesquite rub for extra flavor, and a few minutes each side indirect heat from charcoal, you will wish you bought 5 more.

I can’t stop eating this!

Campo Grande, iberico pork is far and away the best pork I have ever tasted in my whole life. The Secreto is absolutely mouthwatering and now I’m craving it even if I had it for dinner the night before. I can’t wait to taste the other cuts. The only improvement would be if they could package the cuts in smaller portions as it’s just myself and My husband. You can actually taste the nuttiness of the acorns that the Pig feeds on. The only pork I will ever buy in the future will be from Campo Grande. Thank you for such a great product.
