We use only the best genetics to produce the best quality meat. Our animals are raised in a stress-free environment and are fed a diet of 100% grass and grain.

2 . LIFESTYLE

For true Ibérico perfection, the pigs have to be raised in the right environment and live a happy life. In fact, Ibérico pigs live twice as long as their counterparts. The pigs roam free and eat the local all-natural cuisine. They feed for at least two seasons to help garner that truly distinct flavor.

3 . DIET

Campo Grande’s Ibérico pigs are fed a diet of nuts and whole grains, which makes for multilayered flavor and incredible marbling.

I love Iberico pork. I always order them when I dining out at the restaurant. With these delivery order, I am very disappointed. You can taste the freezer burn.

Not as expected , so far

I tried the Ribs yesterday, I was looking for more flavor more intramuscular fat, more flavor... they were lacking ; meaning I was not "wow-ed ". Will try one other cut and see. So far, it's not the Wagyu of Pork , yet. Verdict still out

JUICY AND DELICIOUS

So far I only tried the Secreto and was blown away by the tenderness and juiciness of the meat. I often shied away from pork because it can be dry and tasteless, but this was just the opposite of my past experiences. After tasting the Secreto, I sent out three Campo Grande boxes as gifts for Christmas.

Wow! It's really THAT good. So far I have made the Presa and Rib Racks. This meat cooks beautifully, has amazing flavor, and is so easy to cook. Gifted a box and will be ordering another very shortly.
