1 pack of Campo Grande Ibérico Thick-Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
-
12 dates
-
1 cup feta cheese
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Cut the feta into small pieces, and stuff each date with a piece of cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with a slice of Ibérico Bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
- Arrange the stuffed dates on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon turns golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the honey with the chopped walnuts.
- After the initial bake, remove the dates from the oven and generously drizzle the honey-walnut mixture over them.
- Return the dates to the oven for 2-3 minutes, allowing the honey to caramelize slightly.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
